A few days ago we talked about one of the trends of spring: the denim. Last night while I’m surfing the Net I’ve noticed these photo shoot dedicated to this material. Among handbags, skirts, shirts, shoes, trousers and waistcoat there is spoiled for choice!

Qualche giorno fa abbiamo parlato di uno dei trend della prossima stagione: il denim. Ieri sera mentre navigavo in internet ho scoperto questo servizio fotografico interamente dedicato a questo tessuto. Fra borse, gonne, camicie, scarpe, pantaloni è gilet c’è proprio l’imbarazzo della scelta!

As often happens, the web anticipates many trends and, for some time, I had noticed a new trend spreading: the denim. And I’m not just referring to the classic jeans of all shapes and colors that we all have in our closet, but shorts, bermuda, shirts, vests, jackets and mini dresses.

Yesterday afternoon when I leafed through the Elle’s new issue, my attention fell on a service of no less than 16 pages exclusively dedicated to the jeans clothing: so, I realized that it had burst a real denim-mania!

Besides, how can you resist to this new trend? Denim is so practical, fresh, young and, above all, easy to match. Born as an highly resistant material and therefore suitable for work uniforms, over the time fashion has been able to revisit and provide it with its own particular value, so today it’s chosen for most elegant occasions.

Denim, of course, is an evergreen, but if you want to experiment you can’t buy a patchwork clothing, a combination of several types of denim, for a very folk-chic style!

Come capita spesso, il web anticipa molti trend e, già da qualche tempo, mi ero accorta di una nuova tendenza dilagante: il denim. E non mi riferisco solo ai classici jeans di tutte le forme ed i colori che tutte noi abbiamo nel nostro armadio, ma a shorts, bermuda, camicie, gilet, giubottini e mini dress.

Quando ieri pomeriggio ho sfogliato il nuovo numero di Elle, la mia attenzione è caduta su un servizio di ben 16 pagine dedicato esclusivamente ai capi in jeans: a quel punto ho capito che era scoppiata una vera e propria denim-mania!

D’altronde, come si fa a resistere a questa nuova moda? Il denim è così pratico, fresco, giovane e, soprattutto, facile da abbinare. Nato come materiale molto resistente e quindi adatto alle divise da lavoro, col tempo la moda ha saputo rivisitarlo e dotarlo di un suo particolare pregio, tanto che oggi lo si sceglie anche per occasioni più eleganti e raffinate.

Il denim, si sa, è un evergreen ma se volete sperimentare non potete non acquistare un capo patchwork, ovvero una composizione di più tipi di denim, per uno stile davvero folk-chic!
