Louis Vuitton fall winter collection. Nice job Marc!

The spring summer collection of Louis Vuitton had me a little disappointed. The cumbersome hairstyle of the models and the hairy tails attached to shoulder bags left me somewhat perplexed. Not to mention the bag that looks like a garbage bag, after the Chanel furry boots It’s another act of violence to fashion!

I feel cheated, what have we done to deserve this?

However last week Marc is back on his feet. The presentation of the fall winter 2010 collection was truly stunning, a hymn to elegance and femininity. Flared skirts, bodices with heart-shaped neckline, mesh knits and slim fit jackets are the leit motive of the line.

Well, a wonderful collection in style with Louis Vuitton. Good Marc, this time you hit the mark!

La collezione primavera estate 2010 di Louis Vuitton mi aveva un po’ delusa. Le chiome ingombranti delle modelle e le code pelose attaccate a pacchiane borse a tracolla mi avevano lasciata alquanto perplessa. Per non parlare della borsa sacchetto della spazzatura, dopo gli stivali pelosi di Chanel un altro attentato allo stile.

Mi sono sentita presa in giro, ero amareggiata, come può Marc Jacobs farci una cosa del genere? Cosa abbiamo fatto per meritarci tutto questo?

Settimana scorsa però il caro Marc è tornato sui suoi passi. La presentazione della collezione autunno inverno 2010 è stata davvero favolosa, un inno all’eleganza e alla femminilità. Gonne a ruota, corpetti con scollature a cuore, maglie a tricot e giacche sciancrate sono i leit motiv di questa bellissima e raffinata linea che non ha nulla a che vedere con quella precedente.

Insomma una collezione splendida in perfetto stile Louis Vuitton, bravo Marc, questa volta hai colto nel segno!
