Spring Summer 2010 fashion trends, part. 2

A few weeks ago we talked about trends that will take us alone ths spring season, here’s the second part of the article.

Qualche settimana fa abbiamo parlato delle tendenze che ci accompagneranno durante la stagione primaverile, ecco la seconda parte dell’articolo.

Reveal, reveal, reaveal. Designers are crystal clear this year. After months spent covering us up, it’s time to say goodbye to jumpers and coats and say hello to dresses and corsets that leave little to mere imagination, playing with see-through dresses. Be aware not to get trashy though, sexy but in moderation.

Scoprire, scoprire, scoprire. Gli stilisti quest’anno parlano chiaro. Dopo mesi passati a coprirci è ora di dire addio a maglioni e cappotti e dare il benvenuto a vestiti e corpetti che lasciano poco all’immaginazione e che giocano con l’effetto vedo-non-vedo. Attenti però a non cadere nel volgare, provocanti si ma con moderazione.

Ear of wheat in mouth and wicker basket in hand, Chanel, Bottega Veneta and Oscar De La Renta models walk through the runway in dresses inspired by the countryside and to peasants’ style. Get your wooden clogs, straw-bags and simple pastel hued dresses out then and get ready to arrange picnics in the outdoors.

Spiga in bocca e cesto di vimini in mano, le modelle di Chanel, Bottega Veneta e Oscar De La Renta sfilano indossando abiti ispirati alla campagna e allo stile contadino. Tirate quindi fuori zoccoli in legno, borse di paglia e abiti semplici color pastello e preparatevi ad organizzare pic-nic e grigliate all’aria aperta.

Finally , if you’re into a romantic and dreamy style you cannot miss this last trend. Designers like Cholé, Giambattista Valli e Phillip Lim presented on ther catwalks dresses embellished with rouches, plissé, flounces, drapes and volants for a really posh and elegant effect. You only need to figure out what you wanna wear.

Per finire, se amate lo stile romantico e sognatore non potete lasciarvi sfuggire questo ultimo trend. Stilisti come Chloé, Giambattista Valli e Phillip Lim hanno proposto sulle loro passerelle abiti impreziositi da rouches, plissé, balze, drappeggi e volant per un effetto davvero incantevole ed elegante. Resta solo a voi scegliere quale capo indossare.
